Lisa is the founder of RCG Inc. and has 20+ years of expertise in general business and in the development, adoption and assessment of global health IT products, standards, and policy. She recently completed a six-year project running the Office of the ISO Technical Committee 215, Health informatics serving as its international secretariat and as executive administrator for the U.S. Technical Advisory Group (US TAG) to ISO/TC215. In these roles, Lisa provided strategic leadership for the Secretariat on behalf of 50+ member nations and liaison partners. During her tenure, ISO/TC215 developed and published over 100 international health informatics standards products and held 12 global plenary sessions in 10 different countries in Asia, Europe and North America.
In her 20+ years of professional experience, Lisa has worked with a wide range of entity types worldwide including for-profit, non-profit, NGOs, associations and governmental entities, ranging from small-medium-sized entities (SMEs) to Fortune 100 multi-nationals in over 25 nations and regional entities, including Australia, Brazil, Canada, Spain, Ireland, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Mexico, Republic of Korea, Switzerland, Singapore, Spain, the U.S., and UK and the European Union.
Lisa has served as adjunct faculty for undergraduate and graduate programs and is a frequently invited speaker, panelist, moderator and mentor. Lisa completed her undergraduate studies with high honors including Phi Beta Kappa and Magna Cum Laude and holds an MBA in International Relations and Marketing. Lisa is certified as Associate Standards Professional (AStd) from the International Society for Standards Professionals.
Lisa has a strong commitment to mentoring currently serving multiple programs including the Global Health 2.0 Tech Diversity Equity Mentoring Program, an international effort that connects health technology leaders with aspiring future entrepreneurs from underrepresented populations. Lisa also serves on the advisory board of iTR Diagnostics Inc. and as a Mentor-in-Residence at the Iowa Startup Accelerator (ISA) and is a member of several professional working groups including the International Health Data Collaborative and Digital Health Systems and Interoperability WGs.
